Lucinda Pullinger became HR Director of the Rugby Football Union in April 2014 and is a member of the Executive. Since joining Lucinda has led a number of changes across the organisation moving the RFU towards PLC best practice.
Changes include elements of HR operational activity, performance management system, reward and recognition and recruitment and selection processes. The organisation continues to focus on leadership and values.
The current Employee Survey shows 91% of staff proud to work for the RFU and 93% understand their role within the Strategic Plan. Having been independently assessed the RFU was accredited as Silver Investors in People, making it an organisation which puts people first. Lucinda previously worked in a variety of HR management roles for Shell for a decade, having been a client-facing change consultant with Accenture.
She lives in Surbiton with her husband and two sons.
