Charity Partnerships

England Rugby’s charitable support is focused on Try for Change which is an England Rugby programme that aims to promote, support and grow rugby as a tool for social good working with charities, clubs and individuals, who use rugby and its core values to drive this change

England Rugby is proud to partner with Sport Relief and together we have launched the Try for Change Fund.  This is a fully managed fund by Comic Relief and our ambition is to raise £4 million over four years to support rugby for change projects and programmes here in England and across the world.

RFU Giving is the RFU’s wider charitable support to rugby related causes.

Injured players foundation 

The RFU is proud to support the Injured Players Foundation which provides support and information to rugby players in England who sustain a catastrophic spinal cord injury or traumatic brain injury playing the game, and help prevent future injuries through research and education.  Visit http://www.rfuipf.org.uk/ 

Twickenham Community Sponsorship

RFU Giving

To support those who are fundraising for rugby related charitable causes or activities or are local to the Twickenham Community we run RFU Giving. RFU Giving has a limited number of pairs of tickets available for international matches at Twickenham Stadium as well as a limited number of signed shirts and balls.

As you can appreciate we receive a large number of requests for charitable support and whilst we wish we could support all of them we are only able to support a few.  Owing to the number of requests for support that we receive, we are sadly unable to respond to all.  If you are successful receiving an RFU Giving donation or if we are able to fulfil your request then you can expect to hear from us within four to six weeks of your application. 

Through RFU Giving we are unable to support fundraising for clubs or teams.

Autumn Internationals Tickets: Applications for tickets for Autumn Internationals are accepted between January to June with applications reviewed, shortlisted according and balloted monthly. 

6 Nations Tickets: Applications for tickets for 6 Nations are accepted between July to December with applications reviewed, shortlisted and balloted monthly. 

If successful for tickets we will send a redeemable voucher to use at your event. If you have applied and been unsuccessful or if the allocation has run out for that period, your application will not be carried forward and you will need to reapply.
