Clubs are now processing their senior player registrations online, which means club registrars can access and maintain their registration lists on a regular basis, thus ensuring that all player records are kept up to date.
Prior to the start of the season please make sure you check the list of active registered players on the system, making players that no longer play or intend to play inactive. We will check registered players against the match report forms throughout the season.
You will need to contact the relevant person within your women’s section or main club who is responsible for registering players on Game Management System. If you do not have anyone to register players then please contact your Game Management System webmaster or person responsible for administering the system for your club. Clubs will find the relevant instructions and procedures to enable them to use the facility on the Game Management System website.

A dedicated website helpdesk is available to support Game Management System users. The helpdesk will be operational on the following days and times:
- Monday – Friday from 09:00 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 17:00
The helpdesk can be contacted either by phone on 0208 831 6651 (calls charged at geographic rates) or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The target response time is 24 hours. In the first instance, users should contact their own Club Super-User.
