NatWest RugbyForce 2018 registration terms and conditions

1. NatWest RugbyForce 2018 is open to all member clubs of the Rugby Football Union (“RFU”) and their members, employees and agents of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group of companies and their family members.

2. All Rugby Clubs which register for NatWest RugbyForce 2018 must be a member of the RFU (and/ or a Constituent Body).

3. The NatWest RugbyForce 2018 Weekend will officially take place on 23 and 24 June 2018.

4. The NatWest RugbyForce 2018 Community open day will take place between July and September 2018

5. Registration for NatWest RugbyForce 2018 will close at 11:59pm on 15 June 2018. Clubs must be registered for NatWest RugbyForce 2018 to be eligible to receive the incentives and enter the competition.

6. One winning registration per club. Registrations are not returnable. Registrations must be submitted online at www.englandrugby.com/NatWestRugbyForce .  They, and the copyright in them, become the property of the Promoter.

7. Registrations not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will not be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for delayed registrations. Proof of sending by email or post will not be accepted as proof of registration.

8. All registered clubs agree to take part in publicity in connection with NatWest RugbyForce 2018 and also agree to invest any funds and/or resources allocated to their rugby club by The Rugby Football Union for the purposes of NatWest RugbyForce 2018, into their club's NatWest RugbyForce 2018 events and Community Open Day.

9. All applicants and participants in the competition agree that their personal data may be processed by the Promoter and the RFU for the purposes of this promotion and registration with England Rugby Deals.

10. By taking part all clubs agree to complete a post event survey to feedback on the NatWest RugbyForce 2018 project and Community Open Day  and at their club.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.

NATWEST RUGBYFORCE GRANTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The NatWest RugbyForce 2018 grants are open to member clubs of the Rugby Football Union (RFU) (and/or Constituent Body) which have registered for NatWest RugbyForce 2018.
  2. Multiple entries will be reviewed but only one entry per club and incentive can be successful. Registrations are not returnable. Registrations must be submitted online at www.englandrugby.com/NatWestRugbyForce by 11:59pm on 11 February 2018. They, and the copyright in them, become the property of the Promoter.
  3. Registrations not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will not be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for delayed registrations. Proof of sending by email or post will not be accepted as proof of registration.
  4. The following incentives are on offer:
    1. 270 clubs (the “Participating Clubs”) will be selected to attend one of the RugbyForce workshops (on average 5 clubs per workshop). Workshops will take place in April/May 2018 and dates and locations will be confirmed by the RFU once all 270 clubs have been selected. Each club will be offered up to four places at the workshops. Travel and accommodation are not included as part of any of the prizes.
    2. The 270 Participating Clubs will all be awarded a grant of £750 to go towards the NatWest RugbyForce Weekend 2018 (£500) and £250 towards running a community open day during July to September 2018.
    3. 6 Participating Clubs will be awarded with a large grant and professional help towards their project (eg a visit from the Twickenham Head Groundsman, RFU Sustainability Manager, Interior Designer, England Rugby Deals, Quantity Surveyor or RFU staff members) who will provide a report and guidance to the club regarding work that will need to be carried out.  The visits will take place between March and May 2018.
    4. The 6 Participating Clubs in the large grant category will receive a grant of £5000 and planning assistance towards the project on the NatWest RugbyForce weekend.
  5. Decision regarding clubs invited to workshops and in line to receive the grant of £750 and will be made by 9 March 2018 and clubs will be notified of the workshop invitation by email by 16 March 2018, when the information about the workshop invitations will be available by sending a SAE to NatWest RugbyForce competition 2018, Rugby Football Union, Rugby House, Twickenham Stadium, 200 Whitton Road, Twickenham, TW2 7BA.
  6. Decision regarding the 6 large grant support packages will be made during the week beginning 12 February 2018 and clubs will be notified by email by the 2 March 2018, when the information about the packages will be available by sending a SAE to NatWest RugbyForce competition 2018, Rugby Football Union, Rugby House, Twickenham Stadium, 200 Whitton Road, Twickenham, TW2 7BA.
  7. The judges’ decisions regarding workshop attendance, grants, and large grant support packages, are final, no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. Grants will be paid by BACS by Friday 11 May 2018.   No funds will be paid without receipt of a signed award letter and grant claim form.   
  9. The 270 Participating Clubs will be selected by Area judging panels consisting of the CB Facility Coordinators and the Area Facilities Managers and in the case of the large grant packages by a national judging panel consisting of representatives from NatWest and the Rugby Football Union (RFU). The Participating clubs will be those clubs who, in the opinion of the judges, have the most suitable applications.
  10. The decisions of the judges are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. All registered clubs agree to take part in publicity in connection with NatWest RugbyForce 2018 and also agree to invest any funds and/or resources allocated to their rugby club by The Rugby Football Union for the purposes of NatWest RugbyForce 2018, into their club's NatWest RugbyForce 2018 events.
  12. All applicants and participants in the competition agree that their personal data may be processed by the Promoter and the Rugby Football Union for the purposes of this promotion.
  13. All applicants and participants in the competition agree that their personal data may be processed by the Promoter and the Rugby Football Union for the purposes of sign up to the England Rugby Deals website, an online portal with a host of special discounts for England Rugby clubs.
  14. By taking part all clubs agree to complete a post event survey to feedback on the NatWest RugbyForce 2018 at their club.
  15. If any grant  is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winners the Promoter will be entitled to dispose of the grant as it sees fit without any liability to the winners for having done so.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
