WHY SHOULD I BOOK OFFICIAL HOSPITALITY?

At England Rugby Hospitality, we understand it is difficult to know when purchasing corporate hospitality if the supplier is official and trustworthy. England Rugby Hospitality™ is a joint venture between the RFU and our official sales agent, Keith Prowse(linked). We are the only official suppliers of hospitality within Twickenham Stadium, which provides the following advantages:

  • Guaranteed prime official match day tickets
  • Premium service
  • Peace of mind
  • Money from hospitality is fed back into RFU.

Many of the current England squad including Dylan Hartley have benefited from the support of the RFU with regards to injury rehabilitation and support outside of rugby.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DOCUMENTATION?

All event documentation and match tickets will be sent to you two weeks prior to the event.

HOW DO I INFORM YOU ABOUT ANY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS OF MY GUESTS?

You can now add each guest’s dietary requirements via ‘My Account’. Any severe intolerances or kosher requests need to be made one week before your arrival. We always do our best to accommodate all dietary requirements, but requests made less than 48 hours before attendance cannot be guaranteed.

THE VENUE

HOW CLOSE ARE MY SEATS?

As we have seats throughout the Stadium, ticket location is dependent upon a number of factors, including the facility you have booked and how many packages you have bought. We always endeavour to make the walk from your facility to your seats as short as possible. But you can be assured that you'll enjoy among the best seats in the house. WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

We request clients dress on the smarter side of casual. Jackets and ties are not obligatory and team shirts are not advised.

WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO MEET MY GUESTS?

The best place to meet is within your facility. Our hostesses will escort you and your guests to your table upon arrival.

TRAVEL

HOW FAR IS THE STADIUM FROM TWICKENHAM STATION?

Turn right out of the station exit and the ground is approximately a 10 - 15 minute walk from the station and is clearly signposted.

WHERE CAN I PARK ON ARRIVAL AT THE STADIUM?

Car parking is limited. Where included packages allow car parking at the ratio of one per four guests (except in Rugby House and Marriot twenty-two). We do give you the option to purchase additional car parking at an additional cost, when we send you the pre-event form (usually six weeks pre-event). Please note car parking is limited, subject to availability and upon request. Coach and minibus passes can also be purchased at an additional cost, however these MUST be booked in advance.

IS THERE ANYWHERE I CAN STORE MY LUGGAGE?

Unfortunately we do not have luggage storage facilities within the Stadium.

GENERAL

ARE THE HOSPITALITY FACILITIES ACCESSIBLE FOR DISABLED GUESTS?

As well as being the Home of England Rugby, Twickenham Stadium is dedicated to providing a great environment and an enjoyable, accessible experience for every individual. We’re proud our attention to detail recognises and reflects the differing needs of our disabled visitors. The design of the majority of facilities allows for easy wheelchair access and there are disabled toilets across the venue.

The Rose Garden: Due to building restrictions in this area of the venue, The Rose Garden is not suitable for wheelchair users.

DO YOU EMPLOY OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHERS ON EVENT DAY?

We occasionally employ the services of a professional photographer/videographer to capture hospitality images for use by England Rugby Hospitality and Keith Prowse in marketing activities which may include, but isn’t limited to the following: our own and third-party uses. Please speak to a member of staff if you wish to be exempted from this activity.

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE THE EVENT?

Not yet! We will be sending you a form to complete six weeks prior to the event requesting a host name for your party and any dietary requirements.

HOW DOES ENGLAND RUGBY HOSPITALITY™ SUPPORT ENGLAND RUGBY?

The impressive East Stand development will create an additional 11,600 sqm of space over six levels delivering a superior match day experience. There will be the same number of hospitality seats but it will all be in house now rather than external and it will generate more money for the RFU to invest back into the game.
