O2 TOUCH

Whether it's about rediscovering sport, honing your fitness or tapping into that inner warrior, O2 Touch is a fun and friendly environment for both men and women of all abilities to get involved in touch rugby. This is social fitness at its best. The sessions are sociable and inclusive, giving you the perfect opportunity to run out with friends and meet new people and become part of a unity of strength. Our TouchBase and TouchLeague events allow you to play at a time and at a level that suits you.

PITCH UP & PLAY

Throughout the summer of 2015 and beyond we will be hosting a number of Pitch up and Play rugby taster sessions. Specifically tailored to introduce women to the basics of rugby, these sessions are a light-hearted, fun-packed, commitment-free way of trying the sport for the first time, plus it’s totally free. Our professional coaches will teach you the basics of the game – passing, kicking and, yes, a little bit of tackling too. Come on your own or with your friends (women and girls only!). Dress for the gym.

TAG

Tag rugby is a non-contact, fast-moving game that is suitable for adults or children, and for boys and girls to play together. Its safe, non-contact nature combined with the fun and liveliness of the sport, means that tag rugby is now the RFU’s official version of the game for under 7s and under 8s, but is also played by all ages.

RETURN TO RUGBY

Get back in the game with a fun and social re-introducton to rugby. We’ve designed a targeted programme offering a social re-introduction to the game for former players. It is an 8-10 week training programme aimed at helping you to relearn the skills of the game with specially trained coaches.
