Club Volunteer Coordinator

Many rugby clubs have a Club Volunteer Coordinator (CVC) (PDF 264kB), who is the first point of contact for new volunteers, introducing them around the club and making sure they feel welcome and understand what they are required to do.

This position can be a supportive role to ensure all the volunteers are happy and catered for, but can also to look at ways the volunteer workforce can be expanded, retained and rearded.
