What do you remember about the first time you played rugby?
"It wasn’t that long ago but it was for a charity match that we spent two weeks training for; I don’t really remember the game but I remember all the hype around it."
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?
"Take every opportunity as it comes."
What does it mean to you to play for England?
"It's just pride isn’t it? With having that rose on your shirt."
What drives you to be the best you can be?
"Looking up to my peers and working for your teammates."
What did it feel like singing the national anthem for the first time?
"It was at my home stadium at Darlington Mowden Park and all my friends and family were watching so it was overwhelming really."
Who has been the biggest influence on your career?
"I’d say my teammates as they’re the ones that have pushed me though all the thick and thin of it."
If you were stranded on a desert island, what’s the one thing you would take with you?
"My jet ski so I could escape."
What’s your guilty pleasure?
If you could attend one sporting event, which one would you pick?
"A Wimbledon or an Olympic final."
If you could choose three celebrities to do Come Dine With Me, who would you choose?
"David Tennant, Angeline Jolie and Stephen Fry."
What is the one thing from home you always take with you on tour?
"My laptop as I’m always doing work."
If you could choose one superpower for the day, what would you pick?
"Invisibility because you can sneak around for fun."
