Schools Cup U18 quarter finals confirmed

The quarter final draw for the U18 Schools Cup competition has been made across all four tiers. 

The Schools Cup is divided into the Cup, Vase, Plate and Bowl tiers with the finals of the Cup and Vase to be played at Twickenham on 14th March with the Plate and Bowl finals played at Sixways Stadium on 13th March. 

Warwick eye Cup defence 

In the Cup quarter-finals, defending champions Warwick will host Canford school while Northampton School for Boys, winners of the Vase in 2016, welcome The Judd School. 

Meanwhile Whitgift School will travel to either Bishop Wordworth's School or Dean Close School. Bishop Wordworth's will be looking to go one step further having lost in the final last year. 

And finally The King's School, Macclesfield or Stonyhurst College will play either QEGS Wakefield or RGS Newcastle. 

Final eight aim for the Plate

In the Plate quarter-finals, made up of teams knocked out of the Cup competition, King Edward's School will host a strong St Ambrose College side. 

Trinity College in Croydon will play host to either Colfe's School or New Hall School while Woodhouse Grove School will travel to Uppingham. 

Finally, St Peter's High School will host Richard Huish College. 

Trent College look to retain title 

Last year's winners Trent College will have to come through their last 16 fixture against Langley School with the winner of that match going on to host Hayes School. 

Sir William Borlase's face a trip to North Yorkshire to play Ripon Grammar School while Reed's School will travel to the north west to play Wirral Grammar School. 

The Bowl beckons 

John Hampden and Cokethorpe School will battle it out for a chance to host King Henry VIII, Coventry in the last eight. 

Samuel Whitbread Academy will play host to Ashville College while Prince Henry's Grammar School will have home advantage when they play Ravens Wood School. 

Finally Mount Kelly School will play St George's College, Webridge.
