It is important to buy official hospitality to ensure your package is a genuine England Rugby Hospitality product. If you have purchased or are considering purchasing hospitality and you are not sure if it is official, please contact England Rugby Hospitality on 0203 553 5646 to verify.

Keith Prowse hospitality experiences are the industry benchmark against which other packages are measured.
All event documentation and match tickets will be sent to you two weeks prior to the event.
You can now add each guest’s dietary requirements via the ‘My Account’ link on the Keith Prowse website. Any severe intolerances or kosher requests need to be made one week before your arrival. We always do our best to accommodate all dietary requirements, but requests made less than 48 hours before attendance cannot be guaranteed.
As we have seats throughout the Stadium, ticket location is dependent upon a number of factors, including the facility you have booked and how many packages you have bought. We always endeavour to make the walk from your facility to your seats as short as possible. But you can be assured that you'll enjoy among the best seats in the house. Visit the facilities pages for more information and to see a view from the seats provided by that facility.
We request clients dress on the smarter side of casual. Jackets and ties are not obligatory and team shirts are not advised.

Our hostesses will escort you and your guests to your table upon arrival.
Turn right out of the station exit and the ground is approximately a 10 - 15 minute walk from the station and is clearly signposted.
Car parking is limited. Car parking is not included with hospitality packages. You will have the option to purchase car parking at an additional cost, when we send you the pre-event form (usually six weeks pre-event).
Please note car parking is limited, subject to availability and upon request. Coach and minibus passes can also be purchased at an additional cost, however these MUST be booked in advance.
Unfortunately we do not have luggage storage facilities within the Stadium.
As well as being the Home of England Rugby, Twickenham Stadium is dedicated to providing a great environment and an enjoyable, accessible experience for every individual. We’re proud our attention to detail recognises and reflects the differing needs of our disabled visitors. The design of the majority of facilities allows for easy wheelchair access and there are disabled toilets across the venue.
The British Airways Rose Garden: Due to building restrictions in this area of the venue, the British Airways Rose Garden is not suitable for wheelchair users.
We occasionally employ the services of a professional photographer/videographer to capture hospitality images for use by England Rugby Hospitality and Keith Prowse in marketing activities which may include, but isn’t limited to the following: our own and third-party uses. Please speak to a member of staff if you wish to be exempted from this activity.
Not yet! Our hospitality partner, Keith Prowse, will send you a form to complete six weeks prior to the event requesting a host name for your party and any dietary requirements.
The RFU invests the profits generated from your hospitality experience directly into the sport, including upgrading facilities and rugby clubs around the country, providing coaches, developing the next generation of players, rewarding volunteers, building artificial grass pitches and ultimately supporting the England teams at all levels.
