Is my hospitality official?
All England Rugby Hospitality takes place within Twickenham Stadium. If you are offered hospitality outside the stadium it is NOT official.
If you have purchased or are considering purchasing hospitality and you are not sure if it is official, please contact England Rugby Hospitality on 0203 553 5646 to verify.
How do I ensure my hospitality if official?
The safest way to guarantee you are buying official hospitality is to book directly with England Rugby Hospitality, sold by the RFU, our official sales partner Keith Prowse or by purchasing online at www.twickenhamstadium.com.
Good For Rugby
Not only does the Good For Rugby mark ensure you are buying official hospitality, it tells you that the RFU invests the profits generated by your hospitality experience directly into the sport. This includes upgrading facilities and rugby clubs around the country, providing coaches, developing the next generation of players, rewarding volunteers, building artificial grass pitches and ultimately supporting the England teams at all levels.
How has hospitality changed for England internationals?
The key change came with the opening of Twickenham’s new East Stand hospitality facilities in November 2018, bringing all official hospitality within the stadium. The new on-site hospitality gives an elevated customer experience in world-class venues.
What if I have purchased from other sellers?
If you have purchased hospitality from sellers not listed above, you should contact England Rugby Hospitality on 0203 553 5646.
Why does my hospitality need to be official?
There are a number of sellers and websites purporting to sell England international hospitality at Twickenham. The tickets sold to fans by these sellers may not have not been provided by the Rugby Football Union (RFU) and there is a risk that they may not be accepted on match day. In some rare cases, hospitality may be fraudulent.
The RFU has launched a new consumer protection strategy that involves cancelling tickets distributed or sold in breach of the terms and conditions and as such are urging customers not to risk their money by booking hospitality with these sellers. The RFU takes this matter seriously and takes the strongest action possible against unofficial operators in order to protect the interests of rugby in England.
