Restart Rugby are given cyclists the chance to ride with former international players at the Velo South event starting and finishing at Goodwood Motor Racing circuit.
The brand new, closed road, 100-mile event gives you the chance to join 15,000 riders on a beautiful route that takes in the best of West Sussex and also raise vital funds for Restart Rugby in the process. General entry is sold out but you still sign up on the website.
The Restart Rugby riders include ex-Harlequins, England and British & Irish Lions wing Ugo Monye, former Saracens, Sale Sharks, England and British & Irish Lions fly half Charlie Hodgson, and RPA Group CEO and former Wasps and England international Damian Hopley.
The first 23 people to sign up will receive a Restart Rugby t-shirt worn and signed by a Harlequins 2017/18 first team player.
Restart Rugby is the official charity of The Rugby Players’ Association (RPA) and supports professional players forced to retire through illness or injury.
They provide financial and practical support to players and their families, including help with the cost of medical treatment, rehabilitation equipment, counselling, education and career transition.
