Captain Owen Farrell says all of England's focus is on their performance rather than any expectations from outside.
Eddie Jones' side were widely praised for the way they secured the 32-20 bonus-point win in the opening weekend of the 2019 Guinness Six Nations, but Farrell is only focused on internal talk.
"No matter what, no matter if people hear it, family members say it, you listen to it, see it, look at it on your phone, anything, the most important thing for us is in the four walls of our team," said the 27-year-old.
"We've got to understand what we did well and why we did it well, that’s part of getting better and being able to grow for this week.
"Obviously you review a game and you don't just brush over anything that you did well and just look at anything to improve, as you have to look at why you did it well. We’ve done that this week and we’re looking to build on it."
"What we know is our feet are firmly on the ground.
"It's never going to be the case where we think too much of ourselves. What we’ve got to make sure is we build up well again towards the weekend, we've got to make sure we build up to get it emotionally right on Sunday."
On your marks
England will be looking for another fast start to the game, which has seen them score a try within the first five minutes of their last four Tests.
Farrell, who kicked 12 of England's 32 points in Dublin, says another early score will be on their minds at Twickenham Stadium on Sunday. "We want to be the best team in the world."
"Everybody wants to start the game well and every team in the world would take starting he game well and we’re no different to that.
"The start of the game is a bit of a tone setter of what’s to come throughout the game but that's not always the case - there were a lot of times last year where we started really well and were not able to keep it up.
"The most pleasing thing from the last however many games is that we’ve tried to still go after the start and we’ve kept engaged, ready for anything as well as staying in the fight throughout the game."
"We’ve not been hiding the fact we want to be the best team in the world, we know that we've got a long way to go to do that so we'll always work hard to try and get the best out of each other."
