Campbell Ridl
Campbell Ridl started playing rugby at a young age and took to the game well as it steadily became his favourite hobby and interest. He joined Exeter Chiefs in early 2023 and represented England U19 last year, before graduating to the U20's team this season with appearances against Cambridge and Bath United. He was recently selected in Mark Mapletoft's squad for the 2025 U20 Six Nations.

The inside centre, who wears 12, and outside centre, wearing 13, have similar roles but often specialise. The 12 becomes first receiver if the fly half is unavailable and is generally larger, able to tackle big opponents, take the lead and distribute the ball for tactical advantage. The outside centre is robust and able to step around defenders at pace, adaptable and with the speed of a wing.
