The Female Health and Wellbeing resources cover aspects of health which female rugby athletes and their coaches should consider when planning to participate in rugby related activity.

They provide information on these topics as well as helpful tips and guidance for individuals to manage their health alongside the physical demands of rugby.

    What are we looking for?

    • Record a 1-2 minute video on your phone sharing your experience of one of our health & wellbeing topics.
    • Send it to us.
    • We will then select the best ones to be edited to form part of our case studies content.
    • Successful submissions will receive a T-Shirt and will be in with the opportunity to receive other prizes.
    • The first submission window closes on 13th July 2025.
