Jos Gilmore made one appearance for England at U18 level in March 2024, and made his debut for Sale Sharks in the Premiership Rugby Cup in November 2024. He was then selected to face Cambridge and Bath United for England U20 and was recently named in Mark Mapletoft's squad for the 2025 U20 Six Nations.
